JuniorS Level 1 muay thai
A 45-minute fun and engaging workout focused on building the fundamentals of Muay Thai in a supportive, game-based environment. Suitable for children aged 6–10 years. Classes run every Tuesday straight after school, from 4–4:45 pm.
JuniorS Level 2 muay thai
A 45-minute class that buildS the foundations of muay thai training. suitable for ages 10-14yrs. run every Wednesday and friday FROM 4-4:45pm.
JuniorS Level 3 muay thai
A 60-minute class focused on building the foundations of Muay Thai training. Suitable for ages 10–14 years. Classes run every Thursday from 4:00–5:00 pm.
muay thai fitness
This is a fitness based, fun class focusing on movement, conditioning, basic Muay Thai techniques, and building confidence at your own pace. No experience required.
All classes at The Den are female friendly, and this session is especially well suited to beginners and those looking for a relaxed, supportive start to training.
Classes run Wednesday and Friday, 9:00–10:00am.
Kids area available, making it easy to train after school drop off.
advanced muay thai
our most popular class – all levels, run daily with 5pm and 6pm options throughout the week, plus a saturday morning session to give you plenty of opportunities to train. please refer to our schedule for days and times.
this class is high intensity, full body, fun workout filled with boxing, kicking, knees & elbows – great for all fitness levels.
suitable for ages 15+ these classes are a guaranteed workout and ideal for beginners through to the more experienced at muay thai
all levels muay thai
advanced muay thai – for experienced students, run monday and wednesday 6–7pm for focused, high-level training.
this class is high intensity and technical, with advanced combinations, pad work, clinch, conditioning, and fight-style drills – designed to push your skills and performance.
suitable for experienced practitioners only. these classes are challenging, structured, and ideal for those looking to take their muay thai to the next level.
